Katherine lives in Mallorca and caters for retreats and wellness events in the Balearics. Before moving to Mallorca in 2023, she ran 'Kat Bakes London,' for almost ten years - a baking business specialising in wedding cakes and dessert tables. She will continue to offer these through her baking sideline 'Kat Bakes Mallorca.'
